QSR-03 catalyst is a protective sulfur recovery catalyst for removing "leakage". The catalyst uses activated alumina as a carrier and is impregnated with deoxygenation conversion active components. The oxygen content in the process gas can be removed to 20,000 ppm. The catalyst has good Claus reaction activity and organic sulfur hydrolysis activity. The catalyst can be used in any Claus conversion reactor of the sulfur recovery unit.
