Anhui Linquan Chemical Co., Ltd. uses the domestically produced pulverized coal technology --- HT-L pulverized coal pressurized gasification technology, and the two-stage sulfur-resistant shift technology to produce methanol. It was successfully started in October 2008, filling the international gap in the production of methanol under low water/gas shift process conditions with high CO and water content process gas. In December of the same year, the "Aerospace Gasification" methanol production unit in Longyu, Puyang, Henan was successfully started. Both units use the aerospace furnace gasification high CO low water/gas shift process flow. During operation, whether it is the fluctuation of raw gas CO and other components, or the fluctuation of gasification load, the shift section can flexibly control the shift reaction depth and bed temperature by adjusting water/gas and other means.
