On October 27, 2010, the QDB-03 catalyst was put into operation in the sulfur-resistant shift section of the hydrogen production unit of Ningbo Wanhua Polyurethane Co., Ltd. This means that the QDB-03 catalyst, which is suitable for high pressure, high space velocity, and high water/gas harsh process conditions, has pioneered the application of high-pressure sulfur-resistant shift hydrogen production and synthetic ammonia in the fields of shift pressure above 6.0 MPa, laying a good foundation for my country to achieve diversification of products and process technologies.
